Proposed Structure Plan 83 - Robinson Grove Estate Stage 2
Project Overview
The Shire of Mundaring is currently inviting comments on proposed Structure Plan 83 - Robinson Grove Estate Stage 2.
The Structure Plan has been prepared to facilitate the development of between 320 and 350 dwellings and a local centre.
The proposed plan and supporting documents can be found under the Project Document Library section of this site, and viewed during normal business hours at the Shire's Administration Building (7000 Great Eastern Highway, Mundaring).

Following the advertising period, submissions will be considered by Council and a recommendation will be made to the Western Australian Planning Commission.

A structure plan is a key planning instrument for the coordination of future zoning, subdivision, and development of an area of land.
The Western Australian Planning Commission, having regard to recommendations received from the Shire of Mundaring, service providers, and State Government departments and agencies, as well as to the submissions received during the advertising period.
